Tent Rental Terms

Alissa Bartlett Creations & Celebrations/abc2creations/Slumber Star Sleepovers (“VENDOR”)
Party renting sleepover tents and/or purchasing baked goods (“CLIENT”)
Sleepover tents and all décor/accessories (“EQUIPMENT”)
Booking agreement between both parties (“AGREEMENT”)
Funds paid upon booking (“DEPOSIT”)
Total cost of rental & baking services (“FEE”)

The Client, by placing an order via email, text, telephone or website, agrees that they accept the conditions of the Agreement. The Vendor will retain a booking form and supply an electronic invoice as confirmation of the booking, with payment terms outlined.

Rental Period
The rental period for the sleepover tents is 24 hours, from the time of completed set-up, unless the Vendor has agreed to another arrangement with the Client. If the equipment is unavailable for pick up or return at the conclusion of the agreed upon Rental Period, the Vendor reserves the right to charge the Client an additional 24 hour rental fee (exception for SOS rental, Friday to Monday of same weekend). The Renter is responsible for being present to accept delivery/set-up and facilitate the collection/tear-down of the equipment.

Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure the Client booking and full payment is required 5 business days prior to the Rental Period. The Vendor reserves the right to withhold delivery if full payment has not been received per the payment terms.

If the Client cancels the booking, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the Deposit. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to hold another date.

Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are included in the Fee as long as the Client’s location is within 30-minutes of car-travel time from the Vendor location in Stratford, Ontario. The Client will be charged an additional delivery fee for any delivery requiring travel in excess of 30 minutes (one-way) from the Vendor location in Stratford. Estimated travel time will be provided to the Client from the Vendor, at time of booking, based on information provided by Google Maps. A $5 fee per 5-minutes of excess travel time (over 30 min.) will be added to the Agreement and charged as part of the Fee.

Set Up & Tear Down
The Client is responsible for indicating clearly the location of the assembly or dismantling of the equipment. Prior to set up, the Client must ensure all floor areas are clean (vacuumed/mopped). The Vendor will take every care during set-up/tear-down, but shall not be liable for any damage to the Client’s site, access areas, furniture, flooring or personal belongings.

The Client is responsible for any loss or damage incurred to the Vendor Equipment. The Client is responsible for the safe keeping of the Equipment at all times during the Rental Period. The Vendor will charge the Client full replacement value for any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed Equipment.

Liability to Third Parties
The Vendor is not liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss or damage on the Client or Client’s property.


  1. Vendor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event if community cases rise causing concern or if vendor exhibits or has been in contact with person(s) exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19.
  2. Client reserves the right to cancel or reschedule their booked event if community cases rise causing concern or if client or any guests exhibit or have been in contact with person(s) exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19.
  3. Any deposit or fees collected will be returned if booking is cancelled.
  4. Any deposit or fees collected will be transferred to new event date if booking is re-scheduled.



Make your celebration memorable and delicious! Custom Cakes and Cupcakes available.  Prices include inspected commercial kitchen costs.  Prices vary depending on size and detail work required.

Cakes – all prices based on simple butter cream (fondant, detail and extra kitchen time and labour to be added after agreed upon design determined)

9″ 3 layer cake OR 2 layer sheet cake $65+

Cupcakes – frosting and sprinkle/sparkle only (details/fondant can be added, price will vary)

12 cupcakes $30+

24 cupcakes $50+


Slumber Tents – What is included?

Our A-frame tent rentals are a fun way to celebrate and simply make a sleepover unique and memorable!  We even bring an indoor campfire and provide custom digital invitations!
